Getting There:

Directions at a glance:
The Bowen Inn Motel provides a central base to visit the Blue Mountains, the Jenolan Caves and the Zig-Zag Railway. Lake Lyell is 5 mins away, Lake Wallace is 10 minutes away and Bathurst is a 35 minute drive. From Sydney follow the signs to Lithgow Hospital along the Great Western Highway. We are located on the left just Katoomba side of the town.

Transportation Services:
Buses and trains run regular services between Sydney and Lithgow. Taxi services to central Lithgow cost about $12.

Distance from Airport:
Sydney International Airport - apporx. 2 hours away by car. Closest regional airport - Bathurst about 30kms away.

Very clean, large rooms, comfy beds, friendly staff, good restaurant - opened an hour early for breakfast so that the hockey girls staying there could eat before having to leave for their first match. Couldn't be faulted.
