Description:
Located beneath Mount Sentinel, left of the town sign of Glen Davis. Set on 3 acres, bordering Wollemi National Park, with the nearest house, 1.5 km away.
The cottage accommodation consists of a large studio Apartment, with private entrance hall, bathroom (with town water supply) and kitchenette. Comfortable sleeping for up to four people. You would be the only people on the property. The scenery is spectacular and will leave you mesmerised. It is in a very beautiful part of the valley and very popular with birdwatchers.

Included in the published rate is 2 adults. (Maximum occupancy - 4 guests). Of the extra guests 2 may be an adult.
Cancellations:
A Full refund will be given if the booking is cancelled up to 14 days prior to scheduled stay. If booking is cancelled within 14 days, guests have the opportunity of either altering the booking to a later date or forfeiting 50% of tariff charged.
The administration fee on refunds is AU$20.00

Bird watching, Bushwalking, Historical tours of Glen Davis Oil Shale Works (weekends only), Photography, Painting, The Wollemi National Park. Explore local areas of Dunn Swamp, Rylstone, Turon Gates and the Vineyards of Mudgee.
Or just enjoy the tranquillity of Glen Davis. The scenery is breathtaking and the locals are friendly.
Getting There:
Glen Davis is 230k from Sydney, via Katoomba. After Lithgow, take the Mudgee Road ( Castlereagh HWY 86)
to Capertee. Capertee Service Station is your last chance to buy petrol for 70 km, plus basic
supplies. There are no local shops in Glen Davis.
Turn right at Capertee and follow tourist Drive sign number 2 to Glen Davis/Rylstone-Kandos

The whole Glen Davis area was affected by the freak floods in December that hit central west NSW. Haven't had anything like this for over 20 years. I am very sorry that it affected your stay on the property but as we don't reside there, could only assist you with advice over the phone. I am very glad that one of the locals to the area helped you get your belongings. I am hoping that the rest of your travels in Australia went without hiccups.
