Fridge did not work properly as it kept freezing food. The thermostat just kept going round and round, so could not control. Washing machine leaked when in use. Otherwise everything else was excellent

thanks for the feed back , i am truly sorry this happen and was unaware till the cleaners told me on the Monday , so bit late now but we did replace Fridge and washing machine .
Hopefully we will see you next year !!
We loved this accommodation except for the nearby rooster that crowed from the very early hours. It was also a bit more expensive than comparable accommodation we have stayed at. If the rooster is gone we would stay again.

Carol went out of her way to make us feel welcome and comfortable. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at 52 on Mort. The accommodation has everything you need, is spotlessly clean and in the perfect location to explore the Blue Mountains. Would definitely stay there again :)
If you need to stay in lithgow and you want an apartment this was excellent. Full kitchen and laundry - they also had really good heating and a great tv we had three people but the two bedroom accommadated two couples comfortably!
Very clean, and every facility laid on; laundry, free wi-fi, big TV, electric blankets, two room heaters, fully equipped kitchen. A little tucked away in a side street, but close enough to the town to be very convenient. We happily recommend 52onMort.
Fantastic place to stay.
The staff are accommodating to make sure it's no hassle for you to arrive and depart, the rooms are large, well presented and very comfortable.
The one fault would be that there was no soap provided, but we soon got over that because everything else was excellent.
We will be staying here again.
The experience was excellent and the host was very friendly and helpful. Salt and pepper in the cupboard was the only thing we were missing but if that is all we are not complaining, we will go again. Thanks
A little difficult to find the first time, but was worth the effort, very quite and comfortable with all the facilities you would ever need for a short or an extended stay. Location? must have a car.
We found 52 on Mort through the internet. It was the best location for us for the weekend. Hope to be able to stay again in the near future. Close to shops, restaurants and playgrounds for the kids.
Absolutely beautiful accomodation, perfect for families. Everything provided, even toys in the bath! Very clean and spacious, modern and comfortable. Would be great if fence aligned with ground to make it safely enclosed for little ones. Also a little hard to find. Thanks very much, a wonderful place to stay.

We spent 5 nights in a 2 bedroom apartment during a particularly cold time of the year. Apart from a few cobwebs and a partial blockage in the bathroom drain which really didn't cause any problems, the unit was exactly what we wanted and represented good value for money. Pity their website didn't mention that wireless internet access was provided free of charge or I would have brought my laptop but that helped it to be even more of a holiday. Overall, we were very happy with the unit and can readily recommend 52 on Mort.
This was a great place to stay. The bathroom/laundry was the only area showing its age all else was neat clean and modern. A few hiccups with the initial confirmation but this was sorted out pleasantly. We intend to visit again next year.

Thankyou K.C , Yes i agree thats on the to do list !
Well appointed and very comfortable self contained accommodation. Spacious and suited our family - loved the well stocked kitchen and bathroom!! The menthos on the coffee table were a nice surprise!! Better value and far more comfortable than the expensive hotel we stayed at in Sydney!!
Both of our units were fantastic in all aspects and the upgrade to doubles in each bedroom was very welcome. Overall I couldn't give a higher recommendation to anyone looking for accommodation in Lithgow - check this place out.
Thanks to Carol for her assistance and we'll definitely be back!!
Fantastic accomodation and extremely pleasant owners. Place was so tidy and clean we almost couldnt believe it. A home away from home and great location for accessing great bush walks and mountain biking.
Cheers for everything.

Thank you Gerard, whilst we welcome all comments it is great to get the positive ones.
We enjoyed having you stay with us and hope we meet again some-day.
The location was very good, which made our holiday enjoyable in a quite little town!!
The facility was also very good, having everything we needed !
It was home from home in a different town !!
Overall, I was very satisfied !

Thank you so much for your comments. The girls work hard to have everything "just right" for our visitors and it is very encouraging to recieve feddback from folk like yourselves.
Hopefully we will meet again some time.
Thank you again,
On arrival we were pleasently surprised; the lights were already on to welcome us in and the apartment was spacious, comfortable and well maintained with a very large and fully equipped kitchen. In fact it was so comfortable we discarded plans to eat out and put the kitchen to good use - the supermarket is only minutes up the road. The bed was comfortable with plenty of covers to keep us warm while the frost settled outside and in the morning the shower provided plenty of hot water. 52 on Mort is definitely an addition to our list of places we will stay again.

We were so pleasantly suprised at the lovely welcome,
The staff were great, helpful and cheerful and the accomodation was clean comfy and warm.
No complaints at all.
We will be back next year.
Thanks again guys.
Thanks so much for a lovely stay. The only reason for the not quite perfect score was due to limited pots in the kitchen. A standard size frypan and a larger pot for cooking pasta would be appreciated. We hope to be back again for next years Ironfest :)

Thankyou for your positive feedback, i do apologise for the inconvience of not having sufficent pots and pans, due to such a busy week we have not taken enough care in checking, i am confident that they will be their for your next visit.
Clearly on this occasion we did not meet our levels of service during your stay. I assure that this was the exception rather than the rule. And for this I apologise. My team and I have used your comments to develop and train the team to ensure all issues in any room are completed prior to guests arrival.
I do hope we have the opportunity to welcome you back in the future, where I am sure we will prove better hosts.
Please give me a call with any queries.
