The 18th annual Lithgow District Ironfest 2018, will be held at the Lithgow Showground over the weekend of April 27 - 28, hours: Sat. 10.00am – 6.00pm & Sun. 10.00am – 4.00pm.

Ironfest is an arts festival with a metal edge, featuring art exhibitions, stalls, live music, street performance, historical re-enactments, (including the Australasian World Jousting Tournament and a colonial battle re-enactment entitled ‘The Battle of Lithgow’ featuring cannons and cavalry!), blacksmithing demonstrations, workshops, busking competitions, automotive displays, educational, historical and technological displays and lots more!
